Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Disclosing medications, conditions, or contraindications
   
• Following all pre- and post-treatment instructions

Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments are by appointment only
   
• Clients must complete required intake and consent forms before their appointment
   
• Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling
   
• Cancellation and no-show policies will be communicated at booking

By proceeding with treatment, clients acknowledge that:
